Cancelation Policy

With respect to a distance agreement entered in relation to tutoring lessons, the cooling-off period and the right to annul the agreement during his cooling-off period, that is 14 days after the agreement. However, the customer may not exercise his right in case the first session of the related lesson starts in less than 72 hours. Under these circumstances, 50% of the charged amount in euro will be kept as compensation
